Mobile Home Program
The City of Ventura contracts with the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura to implement the Mobile Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (MHRGP).
Based on your income and property location, this program may be able to assist you in repairing and rehabilitating your mobile home. Many of the eligibility requirements are outlined below:
- Own a mobile home
- Reside on the property
- Have the financial capability to repay the loan (applicable within the first 5-years)
- Be within the established Income Limits and reside in one of the eligible Mobile Home Parks
LOAN-GRANT PROGRAMS OFFERS
The program is a 5-year unsecured zero (0) percent interest forgivable loan up to a maximum of $7,500.00. The loan balance is forgiven 20 percent (20%) per year. However, if owner sells, transfers title or no long occupies the home as his/her principal residence before the 5-year term, owner will be responsible for the repayment of the remaining years. MHRGP is a one time assistance.
