Resident Portal

The Resident Portal (RentCafe) allows residents to apply and view their status of their waitlist online, make payments, submit work orders and update basic personal information. The portal can be accessed by any computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device through its internet browser.

Please Note: If you are a current participant of our programs, or you are already on of our waitlists. Please call 805-648-5008 to get your registration code.
