The ROSS program is a public housing resident program funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist residents with supportive services and service coordination. The purpose of the program is to promote self sufficiency by supporting our residents in reaching their goals related to self sufficiency. Once enrolled in the program, the ROSS Coordinator assists the participant in identifying goals and developing work plans to achieve those goals. Participants will then be linked with public and private community resources to enable them to achieve success. The ROSS Program is dedicated to advocating for you to receive the community support needed to reach your goals.
