Affordable Housing

The Affordable Housing Department is actively engaged in the development and rehab of projects throughout the city of Ventura. 

Through the RAD conversion, the majority of the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura public housing stock has been converted to long-term Section 8 rental assistance contracts. 

The Affordable Housing Department is always seeking new tax credit deals.
