The Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura (HACSB) has manages multiple housing programs. These programs include Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8). USDA farm worker housing and Tax Credit Affordable Housing.

HACSB also contracts with the City of Ventura (City Programs). City Programs is responsible for programs such as the Mobile Home Program.

All of our programs are managed and follow Fair Housing guidelines.
