Below you may find homes available for resale.  If you are interested in a property listed, please review the income limits to determine if you are within the income level required for property.  To view income limits and buyer requirements go to Buyer information. In addition, to income qualifying there is criteria and resale restrictions that must be followed and may vary by development, go to Affordable Tracts listed by development to find the restriction documents for the property you may be interested in. The City will review your application upon completing and meeting all the requirements and criteria as listed under buyer information and will determine if you are eligible and in compliance.

New Homes for Sale

The City from time to time may have an outstanding agreement with a developer and is required to construct as part of their project a percentage of their homes as affordable. These are minimal, but on occasion are available.  If you are a prospective home buyer and would like to know the buyer requirements go to Buyer information.  In addition, to income qualifying there is criteria and resale restrictions that must be followed and may vary by development, go to Affordable Tracts listed by development to find the restriction documents for the development you may be interested in.  If you would like to get updates on what may become available for sale, complete the Homebuyer Interest Form below.

Seaview At Midtown

Seaview at Midtown
 has 14 affordable 2 and 3 bedroom Moderate Income Homes available for sale.
